Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. All defined terms apply equally in the singular and plural forms.

Use of the ufo888 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout their use of the Platform:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. Access by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by ufo888 or any responsible gaming body.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as an agent, employee, or contractor of ufo888 or any affiliated company.
• You must not have had a prior Account terminated by ufo888 for breach of these Terms.
• You must ensure that accessing and using the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria set out above. ufo888 may request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point and may suspend your Account pending verification.

To access the betting and gaming services offered by ufo888, you are required to create a personal Account. The following conditions govern the registration and maintenance of your Account:

1. One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. Creating duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all Accounts being permanently suspended and balances forfeited.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information during registration and notify ufo888 promptly of any changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ufo888 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
4. Identity Verification (KYC): Before processing any withdrawal, ufo888 requires identity verification. Accepted documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driving licence. Additional documentation — such as proof of address or proof of payment method — may be requested at our discretion.
5. Account Inactivity: Accounts that have recorded no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. ufo888 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee of Rp 50.000 per month to inactive Accounts after providing thirty (30) days' written notice.

All financial transactions on the ufo888 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). We support the following local payment methods:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to availability)

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

1. Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account.
2. Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will be declined.
3. Processing Time: Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallets are typically credited within minutes. Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of three (3) minutes for verified Accounts; processing times may vary during periods of high demand or during scheduled system maintenance.
4. Withdrawal Method Matching: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by ufo888 following KYC review. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and fraud.
5. Transaction Limits: ufo888 reserves the right to set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and withdrawal limits at the Account level. Players on our VIP program may be eligible for elevated limits upon request.
6. Verification Prior to Withdrawal: All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC identity verification. Unverified Accounts may not process withdrawals. ufo888 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of verification.
7. Currency: All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp). ufo888 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.

ufo888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

1. Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of thirty (30) times the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Specific promotions may carry different wagering multipliers, which will be stated clearly in the promotion's terms.
2. Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager; live dealer games, sports bets, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.
3. Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds not used within the stated validity period — typically seven (7) days from the date of credit unless otherwise specified — will expire and be removed from the Account balance without compensation.
4. One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your Account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in all bonus balances being forfeited.
5. Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated by a bonus is capped at ten (10) times the original bonus value.
6. Abuse and Fraud: ufo888 reserves the right to cancel, forfeit, or clawback any bonus — and to suspend the associated Account — where evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other fraudulent activity is detected. Decisions made by ufo888 in this regard are final.
7. Promotional Changes: ufo888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players will be notified of material changes via on-site announcements.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the ufo888 Platform, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, togel draws, and any other wagering products:

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. ufo888 cannot cancel, reverse, or refund a bet after it has been accepted, except in cases where a clear technical error has occurred on our part.
• ufo888 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to a manifest pricing error, system malfunction, or force majeure event. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's Account.
• For sports betting — including mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) selections and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets — the outcome of a bet is determined by the official result of the relevant sporting body at the time of final settlement. ufo888 follows industry-standard settlement rules for all major competitions including BRI Liga 1, the EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and the UEFA Champions League.
• For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) products, winning numbers are sourced directly from the official draw results of the relevant pool operator (Singapore Pools, Hongkong Jockey Club, etc.). ufo888 bears no responsibility for errors in data published by third-party draw operators.
• Maximum single-bet payout limits apply across all products and are displayed within each game or market. Winnings in excess of the stated payout ceiling will be capped at the published limit.
• ufo888 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any Account at any time, without being required to provide a reason.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, game glitches, or unforeseen mathematical errors for financial gain constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

ufo888 is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment. We provide all players with access to the following tools and resources:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time-Outs: Players may apply a temporary time-out of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, the Account is locked from all wagering activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break from gambling may request permanent self-exclusion. Self-excluded Accounts cannot be reinstated for a minimum period of six (6) months.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written authorization from ufo888.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use the ufo888 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated means.

Any unauthorized use of ufo888's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

ufo888 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By creating an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and accept the Privacy Policy.

In summary, we collect personal data — including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity — for the purposes of Account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and improving our services. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ufo888 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings resulting from Platform downtime, technical failure, or game malfunction.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your own failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Interruptions or errors in third-party payment processing services, including bank transfer delays or e-wallet service outages.
• Any inaccuracy in information provided by third-party sports data or lottery draw result providers.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information or materials published on the Platform.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, the maximum aggregate liability of ufo888 to you shall be limited to the total amount of funds deposited by you and held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time. The following conditions apply:

1. Closure by Player: You may request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure is finalized, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed and outstanding real-money balances returned to your nominated payment method.
2. Suspension or Termination by ufo888: We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account — with or without prior notice — in the event of: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) suspected fraud, money laundering, or collusion; (c) provision of false registration information; (d) chargebacks or reversal of payment transactions; or (e) any other conduct that ufo888 reasonably considers harmful to the Platform or other players.
3. Effect of Termination: Upon termination for breach, ufo888 reserves the right to forfeit all Account balances, including both real-money funds and bonus funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
4. Data Retention: Following Account closure, ufo888 retains your personal data for the period required by applicable law and our internal compliance policies, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which ufo888 is licensed and incorporated.

You acknowledge that online gambling regulations vary by jurisdiction and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the ufo888 Platform is lawful in your location. ufo888 makes no representation that the services are appropriate or lawful for use in any specific jurisdiction outside of our licensed territory.

Any dispute between you and ufo888 that cannot be resolved through our standard customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

ufo888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via on-site announcements and, where appropriate, by email to the address associated with your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure. The version of the Terms in effect at the time of any dispute shall apply to that dispute.
